MURPHY FRANCY PLLC
A FAMILY LAW FIRM
Becki A. Murphy
Becki graduated from University of Tulsa Law School and started her legal career by working as an assistant district attorney in Tulsa County. For almost a decade, Becki prosecuted juvenile cases, deprived cases, youthful offenders, sex crimes, and crimes against children. During this time, Becki honed her skills as a trial attorney in hundreds of bench trials and jury trials. In 2010, Becki left the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office to go into private practice after noticing a real need for more attorneys to advocate for foster and adoptive parents. Since then, Becki has dedicated her practice to representing foster parents, adoptive parents, biological parents, and guardians. In 2014, Becki and her husband David Francy founded Murphy Francy PLLC as a boutique law firm specifically catered to the needs of adoptive, biological, and foster families. Becki has also expanded her practice to representation of clients who wish to conceive a child with an egg or sperm donor and/or a surrogate.
Becki lives in Jenks with her husband and two children. Becki is an active member of Southern Hills Baptist Church, serves on the board of directors for James Mission and previously served on the board of directors for CASA, and the University of Tulsa Law School. In 2018, Becki was invited to join the American Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, an organization that is limited to the most experienced adoption and assisted reproduction attorneys in America.
