David is the managing partner at Murphy Francy. David graduated from Northeastern State University in 2000 with a degree in Psychology and earned his Juris Doctor from University of Tulsa in 2003. While he was still in law school, David interned for the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office, and after graduating he went to work for the Francy Law Firm, where he handled almost exclusively family law cases. David later joined the Patterson Law Firm, and then in 2014, David, and his wife Becki Murphy, branched out on their own to start Murphy Francy PLLC.

Throughout David’s career, he has focused primarily on family law. As a result, David has amassed almost fifteen years of family law experience and is skilled in negotiation and mediation. In addition to representing clients in divorce, paternity, custody, and child support proceedings, David also represents clients hoping to build a family through use of a surrogate, egg donor, sperm donor, or embryo donor. David is an avid Tulsa Roughnecks fan and currently lives in Jenks with his wife and their two children.
